Directions For Use
FULL BATCH: Pour 11 ½ gallons hot water (180°-190°F) into large container. Add contents of case (10 lbs) into water while vigorously stirring. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes. Stir before using.
SMALL BATCH: Pour 1 gallon hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing bowl or container. Add 14 oz (about 4 level cups) of Beef Flavor Gravy Instant Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk or with a mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes. Stir before using.
