General Description
Baker’s Joy . . . the only foodservice no-stick spray with flour. One step – flour and oil in one easy spray. Ideal for all baking applications; cakes, cupcakes, cookies, brownies, bread, muffins, waffles and pancakes. Also helps keep dough or batter from sticking to utensils and bowls. Excellent browning agent for meats, poultry, and seafood.
Ingredients
Soybean Oil*, Propellant (Isobutane, Propane), Hydroxylated Soy Lecithin, Soy Lecithin, Enriched Wheat Flour (Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Silicon Dioxide, TBHQ (To Ensure Freshness).
*adds a trivial amount of fat
Directions For Use
1. SHAKE WELL before using. Hold can 6" from pan.
2. Spray a light even coating on sides and bottom of pan.
3. If dispenser clogs, rinse button under warm running water and dry thoroughly.
Do not refrigerate. Caution: Do not spray anywhere near a flame or on very hot surfaces.
