Ingredients
Sugar, Dextrose, Stabilizers (Hydroxypropyl Methylcellulose, Locust Bean Gum, Guar Gum, Karaya Gum, Pectin, Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum), Coconut Oil, Contains 2% Or Less Of Each Of The Following: Citric Acid, Maltodextrin, Natural Flavor, Color [Turmeric Extract, Annatto Extract, Concentrate (Radish, Apple, Blackcurrant)], Modified Food Starch, Mono & Diglycerides, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).
Directions For Use
Fill clean DOLE® bucket with 6.75 quarts of cool water for DOLE SOFT SERVE®. Add one bag of DOLE SOFT SERVE® mix while stirring with a wire whisk. Stir until completely dissolved. Pour mixture into soft serve machine.

Note: A volume amount of 2/3 level cup, weighing 117g, of frozen prepared product is based on 40% overrun. Depending on the amount of overrun your soft serve machine is set up for, a 2/3 cup of prepared soft serve may weigh more or less than 117g and will affect the number of servings.
