Menu classic comfort foods easily with Foothill Farms<sup>®</sup> Brown Gravy Mix. A universally popular gravy profile that has a hearty savory taste that until now only made-from-scratch possessed. Preparation is an easy two-step, stove-top method. Its smooth texture and rich brown color make it an ideal sauce over roasts, meatloaf and mashed potatoes. Also an ideal base for soups and stews, stroganoff and pot pie.

Ingredients

Enriched Bleached Wheat Four (Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamin Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Corn Syrup Solids, Salt, Coconut Oil, Modified Food Starch, Hydrolyzed Vegetable Protein Blend (Soy Protein, Corn Gluten, Wheat Gluten), Contains 2% or Less of: Caramel Color, Phosphate (Calcium, Potassium, Sodium), Paprika, Onion Powder, Sodium Caseinate, Sugar, Disodium Inosinate, Inactive Yeast, Soy Flour, Garlic Powder, Mono & Diglycerides, Soy Lecithin, Xanthan Gum.

Directions For Use

Pour 3 qts (96 fl oz) water into a large stock pot. Bring to a boil (212°F). In a separate container, add contents of pouch (14.1 oz) to 1 qt (32 fl oz) cool tap water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved. Carefully pour water/gravy mixture into boiling water and blend with wire whisk. Bring back to a boil (212°F). Reduce heat and simmer (gentle boil) for one minute, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat.
