Cheese Blend [Whey, Cheddar Cheese (Milk, Salt, Cheese Cultures, Enzymes), Maltodextrin, Buttermilk, Salt, Canola Oil, Disodium Phosphate, Reduced Lactose Whey, Lactic Acid, Color (Yellow 5, Yellow 6, Annatto Extract), Blue Cheese (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Nonfat Dry Milk, Citric Acid], Food Starch, Nonfat Dry Milk, Whey, Maltodextrin, Potassium Chloride, Calcium Phosphate, Citric Acid, Carrageenan, Disodium Inosinate.

Directions For Use

Pour 1/2 gallon (64 fl oz) hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of pouch (16.0 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk or with a mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes. Stir before using.
