Directions For Use

To prepare soup or broth, dissolve base in boiling water as follows:
Use 1 1/2 tsp of base with 1 cup (8 fl oz) of boiling water; 4 oz. of base with 5 quarts of boiling water; or 1 lb of base with 5 gallons of boiling water; or 30 lbs of base with 150 gallons of boiling water.
