It’s a bold, well-rounded blend of Monterey Jack and Cheddar cheese with accents of red and green bell pepper and just the right amount of spice. Preparation is quick and easy. Just add hot water (no boiling) for perfect, consistent cheese sauce every time. With its robust flavor, smooth creamy texture and milky white color it’s a great sauce for loaded nachos, inside a burritos or tacos and other Mexican/Tex-Mex specialties. Mix with mashed potatoes or elbow macaroni for a spicy side offering, serve over vegetables or combine with chili or chorizo for the ultimate queso dip.

Cheese Blend [Monterey Jack Cheese (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Whey, Natural Flavor, Cheddar Cheese (Cultured Milk, Salt, Enzymes), Reduced Lactose Whey, Maltodextrin, Canola Oil, Salt, Disodium Phosphate, Nonfat Dry Milk, Citric Acid], Modified Food Starch, Whey, Coconut Oil, Corn Syrup Solids, Salt, Less Than 2% Of Each Of The Following: Dehydrated Red & Green Bell Peppers, Sodium Caseinate, Potassium & Sodium Phosphate, Sugar, Mono & Diglycerides, Citric Acid, Disodium Inosinate, Spice Extract, Soy Lecithin, Silicon Dioxide (Anticaking).

Directions For Use

1. Pour 1/2 gallon hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing bowl or container.

2. Pour contents of mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk or with a mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese is smooth. Stir before using.
