| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® 1000 Island Dressing Mix (#V405) |
| 1/2 gal | Buttermilk |
| 1/2 gal | Mayonnaise |
| 1 c | Pickle Relish |
| 1 c | Ketchup |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add contents of Dressing Mix (4 oz) to buttermilk. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
Add mayonnaise, pickle relish, and ketchup. Mix at low speed about 2 minutes, or until smooth.
Refrigerate 3-4 hours so dressing will thicken. Stir before using. Keep refigerated.
