4-Cheese Queso

A blend of American, Cheddar, Parmesan and Blue cheeses. Add optional fire-roasted tomatoes and grilled poblano and jalapeños peppers for more texture and kick.

4-Cheese Queso

1 3/4  qts Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Three Cheese Mac & Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (#372)
1  lb Shredded extra melt white American cheese
  1. Pour hot water into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of pouch (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes then re-stir.

  2. Add American cheese and whip until melted. Serve with chips.
