Apricot Honey Pork Sauce

Apricot preserves and honey add the right amount of flavor to this sauce with a pork base. Perfect to use as a dipping sauce with spring rolls and as a sauce for pork, rice or vegetables.

Ingredients

1 bag	Foothill Farms® Pork Flavor Gravy Instant Mix (076T)
1 gal	Hot water (180°-190°F)
4 cups	Apricot Preserves
2 cups	Honey

Instructions

Pour water into mixing container. Pour contents of Gravy Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and gravy is smooth.
Add apricot preserves and honey and stir until well combined.
