Asado Fajita Chicken

2 1/2  c Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Asado Style Fajita Seasoning (#V463)
5  lb Diced chicken, fully cooked, tawed
  1. Pour hot water into mixing container. Pour contents of Asado Style Fajita Seasoning packet (7.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved.

  2. Place chicken into a steamtable pan. Pour prepared seasoning over chicken. Toss to evenly coat.

  3. Cover and bake at 400°F in convection oven for 20-30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F. ( If prepared seasoning is added to frozen diced chicken, bake for an additional 20-30 minutes.)
