Asian Dressing

Light and flavorful honey-ginger dressing goes great with fresh greens.

Asian Dressing

1  qt Vinegar
1  bag Foothill Farms® 1000 Island or Honey Mustard Dressing Mix
1  qt Oil
1 1/3  Tbsp Soy sauce (1Tbsp+1/2 tsp)
1 1/3  Tbsp Ground ginger (1 Tbsp+1/2 tsp)
1  Tbsp Honey
  1. In large mixing bowl add contents of package (4 oz) to vinegar. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.

  2. Add oil, soy sauce, ginger and honey. Continue mixing at low speed, about 2 minutes, until smooth.

  3. Refrigerate 3-4 hours so sauce will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
