|28 oz||Dehydrated Potato Slices|
|1 gal||Hot water (180º-190º F)|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Cheese Sauce Mix (Code #088 or #7272)|
Pour hot water into a large mixing container. Pour contents of Sauce Mix package into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Add dehydrated potato slices to bowl. Stir gently to combine. Potato slices should be covered and the sauce to potato ratio evenly distributed.
Pour mixture into 2” full-size steam pan (or for a thicker product use a 4” half-size steam pan).
Place into 350ºF oven uncovered for 45 minutes; or until the top starts to brown and crust, the potatoes are tender to the bite and internal temperature reaches 165ºF.
