1/2 gal	Hot water (180°-190°F)
1 bag	Foothill Farms® BBQ Teriyaki Sauce Mix (#V429)
192 each	Chicken wings, jumbo, raw

Instructions

Pour hot water into mixing container. Pour contents BBQ Teriyaki Sauce Mix (24.8 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
For one order: Grill (or fry) 6 wings until they reach an internal temperature of 180°F. Remove from grill (or fryer), place wings in a mixing bowl and toss with ¼ c BBQ Teriyaki Sauce until evenly coated.
