Bacon Egg & Rarebit Cheese Fries

Hot waffle fries covered in a savory melty cheddar cheese sauce, crispy bacon and fried egg.

Recipe Yield: 79 1/4-cup servings of sauce
Bacon Egg & Rarebit Cheese Fries
Amount Item
1  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Cheese Sauce Mix #088T (or 2 bags #094T)
1  c Worcestershire sauce
15  lb Frozen waffle fries
2 1/2  lb Cooked bacon, chopped
79  large Egg, cooked over easy
  1. In a mixing container pour in hot water. Add contents of Cheese Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.

  2. Add Worcestershire sauce to cheese sauce. Whisk to combine. Reserve hot (never boil).

  3. For order: Cook 3 oz of waffle fries. Allow to drain in fry basket.

  4. Place fries in serving container. Top with 2 oz hot cheese sauce. Then add 1/2 oz bacon and place egg on top.
