Hot waffle fries covered in a savory melty cheddar cheese sauce, crispy bacon and fried egg.
|1 gal||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Cheese Sauce Mix #088T (or 2 bags #094T)|
|1 c||Worcestershire sauce|
|15 lb||Frozen waffle fries|
|2 1/2 lb||Cooked bacon, chopped|
|79 large||Egg, cooked over easy|
In a mixing container pour in hot water. Add contents of Cheese Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Add Worcestershire sauce to cheese sauce. Whisk to combine. Reserve hot (never boil).
For order: Cook 3 oz of waffle fries. Allow to drain in fry basket.
Place fries in serving container. Top with 2 oz hot cheese sauce. Then add 1/2 oz bacon and place egg on top.
