Tender beef, onions and mushrooms are combined to create this delicious Beef Pot Pie.
|1 lb||Cubed top round steak|
|1/2 cup||Onion, diced|
|2 cups||Mushrooms, canned|
|2 cups||Foothill Farms® Demi Glace Sauce Instant Mix, prepared|
|6 each||4" flaky dough rounds|
Sauté onion in a skillet with a small amount of oil until translucent. Add cubed beef steak and cook thoroughly.
Stir in prepared Foothill Farms Demi Glace Sauce.
Scoop 5.5 oz (#10 scoop) of mixture into ramekin.
Top with dough round and brush with egg wash.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 550°F in a convection oven.
