Beef Pot Pie

Tender beef, onions and mushrooms are combined to create this delicious Beef Pot Pie.

1  lb Cubed top round steak
1/2  cup Onion, diced
2  cups Mushrooms, canned
2  cups Foothill Farms® Demi Glace Sauce Instant Mix, prepared
6  each 4" flaky dough rounds
  Egg wash
  1. Sauté onion in a skillet with a small amount of oil until translucent. Add cubed beef steak and cook thoroughly.

  2. Add mushrooms.

  3. Stir in prepared Foothill Farms Demi Glace Sauce.

  4. Scoop 5.5 oz (#10 scoop) of mixture into ramekin.

  5. Top with dough round and brush with egg wash.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes at 550°F in a convection oven.
