Blue Cheese Sauce

A robust, hearty blue cheese sauce that's so rich and good it will easily become a signature sauce customer crave. Great over a juice rib eye steak or gracing a more healthful cauliflower steak.

Blue Cheese Sauce
Amount Item
1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® White Sauce Instant Mix (#0701)
1  cup Crumbled blue cheese
  1. Pour water into mixing container. Pour contents of Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.

  2. Add cheese and stir until melted. Reserve warm.
