| 1 cup | Crumbled blue cheese |
Pour water into mixing container. Pour contents of Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth.
Add cheese and stir until melted. Reserve warm.
