This delicious burrito is packed with all of your breakfast favorites - fluffy eggs, spicy sausage, creamy cheese sauce, hash browns and peppers - rolled up in a warm flour tortilla.
|1/2 gal||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Flavor Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (#106T)|
|1/2 cup||Cooked hash browns|
|1/2 cup||Cooked Chorizo|
|1/2 cup||Scrambled eggs|
|1/4 cup||Roasted or steamed red and green peppers|
In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water. Add contents of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Let stand for about 3-5 minutes then mix again. Set aside. Reserve warm.
For service: In a separate mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of cooked hashbrowns, 1/2 cup cooked Chorizo, 1/2 cup scrambled eggs and 1/2 cup of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce.
Place mixture on tortilla and fold.
