Breakfast Burrito

This delicious burrito is packed with all of your breakfast favorites - fluffy eggs, spicy sausage, creamy cheese sauce, hash browns and peppers - rolled up in a warm flour tortilla.

1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Flavor Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (#106T)
1  10 Tortilla
1/2  cup Cooked hash browns
1/2  cup Cooked Chorizo
1/2  cup Scrambled eggs
1/4  cup Roasted or steamed red and green peppers
  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water. Add contents of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Let stand for about 3-5 minutes then mix again. Set aside. Reserve warm.

  2. For service: In a separate mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of cooked hashbrowns, 1/2 cup cooked Chorizo, 1/2 cup scrambled eggs and 1/2 cup of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce.

  3. Place mixture on tortilla and fold.
