1  bag Foothill Farms Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce
1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
  1. Breakfast Burrito Prep: Prepare per package instructions.

  2. Pepper Jack Cheese Prep: Pour hot water in mixing bowl. Pour entire contents of Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce Mix into water while stirring vigorously with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until contents are dissolved and cheese is smooth.

  3. To Serve: Place fully cooked Breakfast Burrito in a full size steam table pan and cover completely with prepared Foothill Farms Pepper Jack Cheese Sauce.

  4. Note: One burrito with 1/4 Cheese Sauce per student.
