Breakfast Pizza

This hearty pizza includes all of your breakfast favorites- eggs, sausage and has browns!

Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients
Amount Item
1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Flavor Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (#106T)
1  12 Pizza crust
1  cup Scrambled eggs
1/4  cup Roasted or steamed red and green peppers
1/2  cup Cooked sausage
1  cup Hash browns
1/2  cup Shredded cheese blend
Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water. Add contents of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Let stand for about 3-5 minutes then mix again.

  2. Add 1 cup of prepared Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce to pizza crust. Refrigerate the remaining.

  3. Top with scrambled eggs, peppers, sausage, hash browns and cheese.

  4. Bake in convection oven at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
