Hatch Green Enchilada Sauce Prep: Pour ½ gallon (64 fl oz) of hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of pouch (8 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue to stir until mix is dissolved.
Breakfast Burrito Prep: For best results, fully thaw product prior to heating. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place product on lined sheet trays and cover with Green Enchilada Sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.
Remove prepared enchiladas from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
