Breakfast Enchilada

48  each sunny fresh tac-go® with egg, cheese and turkey sausage, frozen (40274)
1/2  gal Foothill Farms® Hatch Green Chile Enchilada Sauce Mix
8  oz Shredded Cheddar Cheese, Reduced Fat
  1. Hatch Green Enchilada Sauce Prep: Pour ½ gallon (64 fl oz) of hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of pouch (8 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue to stir until mix is dissolved.

  2. Breakfast Burrito Prep: For best results, fully thaw product prior to heating. Preheat oven to 350°F. Place product on lined sheet trays and cover with Green Enchilada Sauce. Cover with foil and bake for 20 minutes.

  3. Remove prepared enchiladas from oven and sprinkle with shredded cheese.
