Broccoli Cream Soup

A tasty, filling classic soup

Recipe Yield:

1  bag Foothill Farms® Cream Soup Base (either #096T or #067T), prepared
2  lbs Broccoli cuts, steamed and drained
  1. Add cooked broccoli cuts to prepared Cream Soup and stir gently to combine.

  2. Simmer on stove top until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Optional: Top with shredded reduced-fat extra-sharp Cheddar cheese.
