| 2 #10 cans | Diced tomatoes, drained |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Italian, Caesar & Vinaigrette Dressing Mix (#V408) |
| 204 slices | Toasted French baguette |
| 12 3/4 cups | Shredded mozzarella cheese |
| Chopped basil, fresh or dried |
Instructions
In a large bowl, add contents of dressing mix package (7.6 oz) to tomatoes. Stir until well blended. Reserve cold.
Add 1 oz (#30 scoop) of tomato mixture and 1/4 oz (approx 1 Tbsp) cheese to each baguette slice. Garnish with basil.
Bake in 400ºF oven for 5 minutes to melt cheese and warm bread.
