| 1/2 gal | Buttermilk |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Blue Cheese Dressing Mix (#V403) |
| 1/2 gal | Mayo |
| 1 c | Buffalo sauce |
| 1/4 c | Ground sweet paprika |
| 1 1/2 c | Minced celery |
| 2 c | Thinly sliced scallions |
| 1/2 c | Minced red onion |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add contents of Dressing packet to buttermilk and mix well with wire whip or electric mixer at low speed. Add mayonnaise. Mix at low speed for about 2 minutes until smooth.
Add the buffalo sauce, paprika, celery, scallion and red onion and evenly combine.
Cover and keep refrigerated. Mix well before serving.
