Spicy Buffalo chicken slathered over pizza crust and topped with blue cheese.
|1/2 gal||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Flavor Cheese Sauce Instant Mix|
|1/2 c||Franks® Red Hot Sauce|
|1 12"||Pizza crust|
|1 1/2 c||Chicken, precooked|
|1 Tbsp||Franks® Red Hot Sauce|
|1 c||Blue Cheese crumbles|
|1/2 c||Celery, diced|
In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water. Add contents of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Let stand for about 3-5 minutes then mix again.
Add Hot sauce and stir until combined. Add 1 cup of Buffalo Cheese Sauce to pizza crust. Refrigerate left over Buffalo Cheese Sauce.
Toss chicken with hot sauce.
Top pizza with chicken and blue cheese.
Bake in convection oven at 325 for 15-20 minutes.
