1/2 gal	hot water (180°-190°F)
1 bag	Foothill Farms® Alfredo Sauce Mix (#090T or 575T)
1 cup	Melted butter

Instructions

Pour hot water into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of Alfredo Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth.
Combine butter. Cover and let stand 3-5 minutes. Stir before using.
Serve over pasta and shrimp.
