| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Italian Dressing Mix #V407 |
| 1 cup | Vinegar |
| 1 cup | Water |
| 1 cup | Vegetable oil |
| 1 1/2 cups | Dijon mustard |
| 2 1/4 qts | Mayonnaise |
| 3 1/2 cups | Lemon juice |
| 1/2 cup | Grated Parmesan cheese |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl add contents of Italian Dressing Mix package (6.5 oz) with vinegar and water. Mix well with electric mixer at high speed.
Continue mixing and slowly add vegetable oil, mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice. Mix at high speed for about 2 minutes, until well mixed.
Stir in parmesan cheese. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
