Sweet roasted, lightly seasoned cauliflower florets - great on the go snack
|1/2 c||Olive Oil|
|6 tbsp||Mrs. Dash Table Blend|
Preheat oven to 450°F.
In a large bowl, combine olive oil with Mrs. Dash® Table Blend. Set aside.
Trim cauliflower into florets the size of popcorn, add to large bowl and toss thoroughly.
Spread cauliflower on a sheet pan and roast for approximately 60 minutes, or until nicely browned and caramelized. Turn 3-4 times during roasting. The browner the florets, the sweeter they will taste.
