Cheddar Beer Cheese Dip

This warm, hearty dip is the perfect combination of beer and cheese. Cheddar Cheese Sauce mixed with a classic or craft beer creates a savory dip to be served with pretzel bread or chips.

1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Three Cheese Mac & Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (372T)
1/2  c Shredded cheddar cheese blend
1 1/2  c Budweiser®
  1. In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water. Add contents of Three Cheese Sauce Mac & Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Let stand for about 3-5 minutes then mix again.

  2. Add Budweiser® to cheese sauce. Stir to combine.

  3. Add cheese to sauce. Stir to combine.

  4. Serve warm as a dip with soft pretzel sticks.
