Cheddar Beer Cheese Dip
This warm, hearty dip is the perfect combination of beer and cheese. Cheddar Cheese Sauce mixed with a classic or craft beer creates a savory dip to be served with pretzel bread or chips.

Ingredients

| 1/2 gal | Hot water (180°-190°F) |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Three Cheese Mac & Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (372T) |
| 1/2 c | Shredded cheddar cheese blend |
| 1 1/2 c | Budweiser® |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water. Add contents of Three Cheese Sauce Mac & Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Let stand for about 3-5 minutes then mix again.
Add Budweiser® to cheese sauce. Stir to combine.
Add cheese to sauce. Stir to combine.
Serve warm as a dip with soft pretzel sticks.
