Recreate an favorite into a soup. A rich and creamy chowder destined to become a dinner staple.
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Cream Soup Base Mix (either #096T or #067T), prepared|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Three Cheese Mac & Cheese Sauce Mix (#372T), prepared|
|1 lb||ground beef|
|1 medium||onion, chopped|
|1/2 lb||refrigerated shredded hashbrown potatoes|
In a large crock combine 1 quart Cream Soup Base (Crème Potage) and 1 quart Three Cheese Mac & Cheese Sauce. Cover and refrigerate remaining cream soup and cheese sauce.
Brown beef and onions together. Drain off excess fat.
Add meat and onion mixture and potatoes to crock and stir to combine. Let sit for 20 minutes before serving.
Heat to 165° F and serve.
