|Low sodium chicken broth
|Foothill Farms® Monterey Jack Flavor Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (#106T)
|Canned, diced potatoes
In a large mixing bowl, pour in hot water. Add contents of Monterey Jack Cheese Sauce Mix (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth. Let stand for about 3-5 minutes then mix again.
Add chicken stock and stir until combined.
Stir in bacon and potatoes.
