Cheesy Enchilada Sauce

Top a grilled beef hot dog with spicy melty cheese seasoned with enchilada sauce, add grilled onions and peppers and wrap in a tortilla or serve on a bun.

Cheesy Enchilada Sauce
Amount Item
1/2  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Nacho Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (#080T)
1/4  c dry mix Foothill Farms® Classic Red Enchilada Sauce Instant Mix (#V532)
  1. Pour hot water into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of pouch (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth.

  2. Add Enchilada Sauce dry mix to cheese sauce. Stir to combine. Reserve warm.
