Top a grilled beef hot dog with spicy melty cheese seasoned with enchilada sauce, add grilled onions and peppers and wrap in a tortilla or serve on a bun.
|1/2 gal||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Nacho Cheese Sauce Instant Mix (#080T)|
|1/4 c dry mix||Foothill Farms® Classic Red Enchilada Sauce Instant Mix (#V532)|
Pour hot water into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of pouch (15.5 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and cheese sauce is smooth.
Add Enchilada Sauce dry mix to cheese sauce. Stir to combine. Reserve warm.
