Chicken Fingers

Tender, golden and oh-so juicy. Spiced with Mrs. Dash® Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, these chicken fingers aren't just for the kids menu.

3 2/15  cups Olive oil
25  cups Plain, dry bread crumbs
12 1/2  cups Egg substitute
25  lbs Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into strips
6 1/4  cups Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend (J058-S6900)
  1. Mix together bread crumbs and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend.

  2. Dip chicken strips in egg substitute and then coat with Mrs. Dash mixture.

  3. Saute chicken in olive oil over medium high heat for about 3 minutes each side or until browned and cooked through.
