Chicken Noodle Soup

Flavorful stock, egg noodles, vegetables and chicken make this classic soup an all-time favorite.

Chicken Noodle Soup

1  bag Foothill Farms® Chicken Flavor Gravy Instant Mix (073T)
1  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1  qt Chicken stock
8  cups Onions, chopped
8  cups Celery, chopped
8  cups Chicken, cooked, shredded
2  lbs Egg noodles, prepared
  1. Pour hot water into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of pouch into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk or with a mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth.

  2. Mix in chicken stock to gravy and whisk until combined.

  3. Saute onions and celery.

  4. Add onions, celery, chicken and noodles to soup. Stir until combined. Heat to 165°F and stir prior to serving.
