This Chicken Pot Pie is full of chicken and mixed vegetables combined in a creamy sauce and topped with a flaky dough to create a comfort food classic.
|1 1/2 lb||Pulled chicken|
|2 cups||Canned mixed vegetables|
|2 1/2 cups||Foothill Farms® White (Béchamel) Sauce Instant Base Mix (#0701), prepared|
|1 Tbsp||Chicken base|
|12 each||Flaky dough rounds|
Add chicken base to prepared White Béchamel sauce and blend well.
Add chicken and vegetables and mix well.
Scoop 5.5 oz (#10 scoop) of mixture into 12 ramekins.
Top with dough round and brush with egg wash.
Bake for 20-25 minutes at 550°F in a convection oven.
