Chicken Stir Fry with Broccoli and Rice

Asian-inspired herbed-chicken and broccoli florets stir fry served over rice and topped with sliced green onions

Chicken Stir Fry with Broccoli and Rice

6  c Long Grain White Rice
3/4  c Vegetable Oil
6  lb Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves, cut into 1” pieces
12  c Broccoli Florets
3/4  c Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
1/3  c Cornstarch
1 1/2  qt Chicken Broth, Low Sodium
2/3  c Green Onions, Sliced
  1. Cook rice according to package directions.

  2. Heat oil in large skillet; add chicken and stir constantly until thoroughly cooked.

  3. Add broccoli and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, cooking 1 minute more.

  4. Combine cornstarch and broth. Add to chicken mixture, cooking until thickened.

  5. Serve chicken mixture over rice. Top with green onions.
