Asian-inspired herbed-chicken and broccoli florets stir fry served over rice and topped with sliced green onions
|6 c||Long Grain White Rice|
|3/4 c||Vegetable Oil|
|6 lb||Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breast Halves, cut into 1” pieces|
|12 c||Broccoli Florets|
|3/4 c||Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend|
|1 1/2 qt||Chicken Broth, Low Sodium|
|2/3 c||Green Onions, Sliced|
Cook rice according to package directions.
Heat oil in large skillet; add chicken and stir constantly until thoroughly cooked.
Add broccoli and Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Seasoning Blend, cooking 1 minute more.
Combine cornstarch and broth. Add to chicken mixture, cooking until thickened.
Serve chicken mixture over rice. Top with green onions.
