|5 lb||Diced chicken, fully cooked, IQF, 1/2" squares|
|2 Tbsp||Mrs. Dash Garlic & Herb Salt Free Seasoning Blend (optional)|
|1/2 gal||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Alfredo Sauce Mix Reduced Sodium (#S099)|
|5 c||Steamed, chopped, broccoli|
|3 1/4 lb||Cooked whole grain spaghetti pasta|
To prepare chicken: Thaw chicken in cooler overnight or until fully thawed. Toss with Mrs. Dash Seasoning and cook per manufacturer's directions.
To prepare sauce: Pour hot water into mixing container. Pour contents of Sauce Mix (14 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Set aside.
To Serve: layer 1/4 cup alfredo sauce, 1/8 cup broccoli and 2 oz of chicken over 1/2 cup spaghetti.
