Instructions
Enchilada Prep: Place enchiladas on a lined sheet pan. Bake in 300° F convection oven for 5-6 minutes if thawed (6-9 minutes if frozen). Remove enchilada from oven and layer in a full size steam table pan.
Hatch Green Enchilada Sauce Prep: Pour ½ gallon (64 fl oz) of hot water (180°-190°F) into mixing container. Pour contents of pouch (8 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue to stir until mix is dissolved.
Pour the prepared Hatch Chile Green Enchilada sauce over enchiladas in steam table pan. Continue baking in 300° F convection oven until the internal temperature reaches 160°.
