Chili Cheese Mashed Potatoes

Recipe Yield:
Amount Item
1  bag Basic American dry mashed potato pearls
17  cups Hot water (180°-190°F)
1/4  cup Foothill Farms® Chili Cheese Seasoning (V485)
  1. Add potatoes to hot water and stir rapidly with a slotted spoon. Continue stirring for 15-20 seconds.

  2. Stir in Chili Cheese Seasoning until fully incorporated.

  3. Allow potatoes to sit for 5 minutes before serving.
