1  gal Hot water (180°-190°F)
1 1/2  cups Hershey's® natural unsweetened cocoa powder
3  cups Sugar
1  bag Foothill Farms® Country White Gravy With Pepper Instant Mix (086T)
Instructions

  1. Pour water into mixing bowl or container. Pour cocoa powder into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk or with a mixer on low speed.

  2. Add in sugar and stir until combined.

  3. Pour gravy mix. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth.
