|3 1/2 qts||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|2 1/2 lbs||Parboiled rice, white or brown|
|1 bag||Foothill Farms® Cilantro Lime Rice Seasoning (#S162)|
|3 oz||Butter (optional)|
In a 2" full-size steam table pan, combine hot water, rice, contents of Rice Seasoning packet (6 oz) and butter. Stir well.
Cover with foil or pan lid and bake in a 350°F convection oven for 40-45 minutes or until water is absorbed. Keep warm (160°F). Fluff with fork before serving.
