A tangy and succulent cilantro lime pork tenderloin cut into strips perfect for fajitas.
|1 lb||Pork tenderloin, cut in strips|
|3 Tbsp||Foothill Farms® Cilantro Lime Rice Seasoning Mix (#S162)|
Place pork strips and Cilantro Lime Seasoning in a zip lock bag. Shake to coat meat evenly.
Add a little olive oil to pan and sauté pork strips until done.
Serve with warm tortillas onions, peppers, and guacamole. Note: beef or chicken can be substituted for pork.
