| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® Italian Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Mix (#V407) |
| 1/2 qt | White wine vinegar |
| 3 cups | Orange juice |
| 3/4 cup | Lime juice |
| 3/4 cup | Lemon juice |
| 3/4 cup | Light agave nectar |
| 1 1/2 cups | Cold filtered tap water |
| 1/2 gal | Olive oil, 100% pure |
Instructions
In a large mixing bowl, add contents of Italian Vinaigrette Salad Dressing Mix (6.5 oz) to ½ qt vinegar, 3 cups orange juice, ¾ cup lime juice, ¾ cup lemon juice, ¾ cup agave nectar, and 1½ cups cold water. Mix well with electric mixer at high speed until mix is dissolved and dressing is smooth.
Continue mixing and slowly add ½ gallon of 100% pure olive oil. Mix at high speed for about two minutes until well mixed and evenly combined.
Store covered in the refrigerator. Stir thoroughly before using.
