Cornbread and Gravy Egg Casserole

Here's a delicious breakfast casserole that will draw a hungry crowd the minute it's pulled from the oven.

6   eggs
4  cups cornbread crumbs
1  cup diced onions
1  cup sliced mushrooms
1  cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2  cup diced green peppers
1  qt Foothill Farms® Country White Gravy(#086T) , prepared according to package directions
Instructions
  1. Whip eggs with a wire whip until smooth.

  2. In a large bowl combine cornbread crumbs, onions, mushrooms, cheese, and green peppers.

  3. Pour the Gravy and eggs into the dry ingredients and stir until all ingredients are combined

  4. Pour mixture into a well greased half pan. Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 180°F.
