Ingredients

| 1 lb | sausage (fully-cooked sausage crumbles can be substituted) |
| 1/4 cup | diced onion |
| 1/2 gal | Foothill Farms® Cheese Sauce Mix (#088T), prepared according to package directions* |
| 3 lb | pasta, cooked |
| 1/2 cup | bread crumbs |
| *other TUF Cheese Sauces can be substituted, e.g., 7272, 105, 372, 888 |
Instructions
In saute pan over medium heat, brown sausage and add onions. Drain well and set aside.
Pour Cheese Sauce over cooked pasta and stir gently to combine.
Fold in sausage/onion mixture.
Pour pasta mixture into half size steamtable pan (2" deep). Sprinkle evenly with bread crumbs.
Bake at 350°F for 10-15 minutes or until bread crumbs brown.
