|1 bag||Foothill Farms Cream Soup Base & Sauce Starter Mix (either #096T or #067T)|
|1 gal||Hot water (180°-190°F)|
|4 cups||Frozen cauliflower florets|
|1 cup||Shredded Mozzarella cheese|
|Kosher salt to taste|
Pour water into mixing container. Pour contents of Sauce Mix (28 oz) into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whisk. Continue stirring until mix is dissolved and sauce is smooth. Cover and refrigerate.
In a third pan, mix together cauliflower, 1/2 c of sauce and cheese.
For service: portion a 7 oz serving into bowl. Bake at 300F for 12 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle with salt.
