1 bag	Foothill Farms® Caesar Dressing Mix (#J351)
1 qt	Water
2 qt	Mayonnaise
2 qt	Sour cream

Instructions

Pour Caesar Dressing Mix into a 12-quart bowl of an electric mixer with a wire whisk attachment. Add 1 quart of cold water and mix until combined. Let stand 2 minutes.
Add 2 quarts of mayonnaise and 2 quarts of sour cream. Mix until creamy.
Stir before using. Cover and store in refrigerator.
