Creamy Cajun Sauce

A spice savory sauce that's great over pasta.

Creamy Cajun Sauce
Amount Item
1/2  gal Hot Water (180º-190ºF)
1  bag Foothill Farms® Alfredo Sauce Instant Mix (either #090T or #575T)
1  c Mayonnaise
1/4  c Red pepper flakes
1  Tbsp Ground black pepper
1  c Finely shredded mozzarella
  1. Pour hot water into mixing bowl or container. Pour Alfredo Sauce Mix into water while vigorously stirring with a wire whip or with mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and sauce is smooth.

  2. Add mayonnaise, red pepper flakes, black pepper and mozzarella until thoroughly mixed and melted.

  3. Serve over pasta.
