| 1/2 gal | Buttermilk |
| 1/2 gal | Mayonnaise |
| 1 bag | Foothill Farms® 1000 Island or Honey Mustard Dressing Mix (#V405) |
| 1 cup | Chili Sauce |
| 1 1/2 cup | Horseradish |
| 1 1/2 Tbsp | Worcestershire sauce |
Instructions
In large mixing bowl add contents of package (4 oz) to buttermilk. Mix well with wire whisk or electric mixer at low speed.
Add mayonnaise, chili sauce, horseradish and Worcestershire sauce and continue mixing at low speed, about 2 minutes, until smooth.
Refrigerate 3-4 hours so sauce will thicken. Stir before using. Store in refrigerator.
