2 1/2 C	hot water (180-190°F)
1 bag	Foothill Farms® Instant Brown Gravy Mix (#074)
1 1/2 C	coconut milk
2 Tbsp	Curry powder

Instructions

Measure hot water (180-190°F) and coconut milk into mixing bowl or container. Pour contents of one bag of Instant Brown Gravy into water while stirring with a wire whip or with mixer on low speed. Continue stirring until mix is completely dissolved and gravy is smooth in body.
Mix in curry powder until completely dissolved.
